Shipping policy

Physical items are fulfilled to US addresses typically in 5 business days or fewer by Allport Editions. 

When we fulfill an order, a shipping label is generated. After tat, the carrier will usually picks up the item within one business day.

If you choose a shipping method that has a delivery estimate, it is not a guarantee. It is calculated from the ship date when the package is picked up by the carrier (not the order date). If you experience a shipping delay or other delivery issue with a trackable shipping method, please contact the carrier for assistance.

Non-US addresses: Physical items are fulfilled to non-US addresses by LuluDirect. These items are printed on demand in a location of their choice and shipped from that location. Book orders with coil binding may cause the order to be shipped from alternate locations, using non-trackable service and requiring significantly more time to reach the destination shipping address.

Missing Items

Please inspect your order carefully on arrival. Let us know right away at orders@handwritingsuccess.com if there are missing items. Please include your name, order number, missing item information and contact method when communicating. The limit for corrections is 14 days from the date of delivery.
